The Heartwarming Encounter: Baby Buddy and Dog Reagan Share an Emotional Hug During Their First Meeting

Adding a new member to the family when you have a dog can be difficult. The dog may love the new baby or it may resent the intrusion. There’s no real way of knowing until the two of them meet, since it’s really impossible to read a dog’s mind. Well, as far as I know that’s not possible. Most of the time, everything goes well. Then, as this video shows, sometimes it’s really good.
Reagan arrives on the scene when Kari Lewis feels frustrated after her two adopted daughters have been adopted. The eight-month-old dog, named Reagan, actually lives with Kari’s mother, but she sees him a lot. Then she had the opportunity to adopt another child, a boy who was also 8 months old. She named him “Buddy” because he was a friend of Reagan’s. Both have become Internet phenomenon, with more than 100,000 followers.

Buddy and Reagan are very photogenic together. There are many cute images of them throughout the video. I especially like the scene where both are ghosts. Also, there’s a place where they wear the same pajamas, which is one of the cutest things I’ve ever seen. Props for his adoptive mother and grandmother for their creativity. I hope that Reagan and Buddy remain friends for a very long time, even if Buddy is eventually adopted.
