In a heartwarming twist of fate, divine intervention has answered the fervent prayers of a couple from Anambra State, showering them with an incredible blessing of quadruplets. Chika and Chinyere Nwokike, whose enduring love had weathered sixteen years of marriage and the trials of childlessness, are now proud parents to two boys and two girls.
The joyous news was shared by Reverend Father Obum Martin, a priest with the Catholic Archdiocese of Onitsha, who took to his Facebook page to celebrate the couple’s remarkable journey. He emphatically proclaimed that faith never falters and extended his heartfelt congratulations to Chika and Chinyere for their unwavering commitment and patience throughout their marriage.
Great is God’s grace and mercy. When I look at this family and these beautiful gifts, I remember the Words of God in Habakkuk,” Reverend Father Obum Martin expressed.
Quoting the biblical scripture, he continued, “For still the vision awaits its time; it hastens to the end – it will not lie. If it seems slow, wait for it; it will surely come, it will not delay.”
“Congratulations to my beloved friends Chika Nwokike and Chinyere Nwokike. Your faith and patience waiting on the Lord for 16 years plus has been rewarded with these precious gifts, with no surgery or stress… all given birth within less than 15 minutes. It’s amazing and can only be described as Grace~Work,” he added.
