Now sharing a kennel, the duo spends every moment together. Their preference for togetherness is evident, as they opt to snuggle on a single cot at bedtime rather than utilizing the ample space available to them. Nikki Reck, the public information officer for the Pima Animal Care Center, expressed, “They share that tiny little bed together and that’s how they prefer it.”

A heartwarming photograph capturing the two snuggled up gained viral attention after being posted on Facebook by Reck. The hope is that this social media exposure will aid Agatha and Jukebox in finding their forever home as a bonded pair.

Ordinarily, shelters avoid stipulating that animals must be adopted together, as it can prolong the adoption process. However, Agatha and Jukebox’s unique bond led the shelter staff to make an exception. The goal is to secure a home for them where they can remain side by side, as their connection is undeniably special.

In the meantime, Agatha and Jukebox are working their magic to captivate potential adopters who cross their path.
