Titled ‘Splash Heroes,’ this calendar showcases models transformed into superheroes, protected solely by milk. The creative genius behind these captivating images is Polish photographer Jaroslav Wieczorkiewicz, renowned for his expertise in working with liquids.
To bring his vision to life, Wieczorkiewicz covers each model in pints of milk and employs the use of three different cameras. As the colored milk is splashed onto the models, the fluid motion is captured through fast exposure techniques. The resulting shots capture the mesmerizing dance of milk in mid-air.

From the calcium-caped crusader to the sultry rendition of Cat Woman, the models’ poses and expressions perfectly capture the essence of their respective characters.
Jaroslav Wieczorkiewicz’s innovative use of milk as a transformative element in his artistry is not new. In a previous project called ‘Milky Pin-ups,’ he created a calendar featuring models covered in milk, evoking a nostalgic 1950s aesthetic. The success of this project caught the attention of Coca Cola, leading to its use in a prominent advertising campaign for Fairlife Milk in the United States.
