Every couple wants to become parents after marriage and their happiness is very different and unique. So far we have seen that women get pregnant after marriage and then give birth to a child. But now there is a couple in the news who are transgender and are going to be parents. The pictures with her baby bump are also becoming very viral in social media.

The couple hails from Kozhikode, Kerala. Their names are Sahad and Jia Paval. They are a transgender couple. According to media reports, 23-year-old Sahad and 21-year-old trans woman Jia have been living together for the past three years. Zia was born as a boy and later became a girl while Jihad went from being a girl to being a boy.

Her story recently came to public attention when Jia wrote in an Instagram post that I am not a woman by birth or my body but I had a dream of a woman to have a child call me mother. We have been together for three years. The dream of jihad is to be called a father. It is with their cooperation that there is 8 months of life in the stomach.

According to a media report, both will give birth to a baby in the month of March itself. The plan is to feed the baby through a breast milk bank after birth. It is being said that this is the first case in the transgender community in India where the couple is planning to have a baby.

Jia is also a classical dance teacher in Kozhikode. He said that we started living together three years ago and then thought that our life should be different from other transgenders. That’s why we wanted a child so that we would have someone in this world after us, that’s why we took this decision.
